RETURNS
Please note all sale purchases are final and are not eligible for return.
You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise purchased on Christopher Esber within 7 days of receiving your order.
To ensure your return is accepted, please refer to our return conditions below.
- The return is handed to an affiliated courier service within 7 business days of receiving your order
- Returned garments are in an original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags attached and associated packaging included. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted
- Returned garments received with make up marks will not be accepted for return as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state
- Christopher Esber does not accept returns on any sale items unless deemed faulty. This excludes our 10% Welcome Offer, if this is used towards a full priced item, you are eligible for a return
- Swimwear is to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered
- We monitor returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion
All US domestic return shipments are complimentary.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it in accordance with our Returns Policy for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for your preferred style or size.
REFUNDS
Refunds typically take 5 business days to process from when the items are received at the Christopher Esber warehouse to the credit appearing in your bank account. During peak times, this could take up to 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation of the transaction.
Christopher Esber reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and a refund will not be granted.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@christopheresber.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
