HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, from the time you receive your order confirmation email. For expedited (2–3 business days) and next-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. During sale or promotional periods, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer complimentary standard ground shipping to addresses within the United States, including returns. Expedited (2–3 business days) and next-day shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are as follows:
– Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
– Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
– Next day shipping: 1 business day

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to amend it.

RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?
Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Returns received outside this window may not be accepted. Approved returns are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return please submit a request via our Returns Portal. You may return your item for a refund or store credit within the applicable return window.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once received and inspected, returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days. During promotional periods, please allow additional time.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Not at this time. You may return your item for a store credit within the applicable return window and repurchase your preferred size.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Client Services with your order number and supporting images. Each claim is reviewed in line with applicable consumer laws. Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or external factors is not considered a fault.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZING?
Sizing information is available on each product page via our Size Guide. All sizing is listed in Australian (AU) sizing. If you require assistance, our Client Services team can provide guidance.
WILL AN ITEM BE RESTOCKED?
Many styles are produced in limited quantities. To be notified of availability, please use the “Notify Me” feature on the product page or contact Client Services.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE AFTER PURCHASE?
In the rare event that your item becomes unavailable, our team will contact you to offer an alternative. If no suitable option is available, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
GIFT CARDS & CREDIT
HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards may be redeemed at checkout by entering your unique code. If your order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS?
Yes. Gift Cards can be combined with other payment methods at checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?
Refunds for Gift Card purchases will be issued as store credit. If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be allocated proportionally.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF A GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
WHAT IF MY GIFT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Please treat your card details as you would cash.
CAN GIFT CARDS BE USED DURING PROMOTIONS?
Gift Cards may not be eligible for use in conjunction with certain promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.
IN WHICH CURRENCY ARE GIFT CARDS ISSUED?
Gift Cards are typically issued in USD for US purchases and may only be redeemed in the issuing currency.
